海外通販のトラッキング(再発送)

手違いで送り返されてしまった海外通販の荷物だが、dealextremeと何度かやり取りをして無事再発送された。

[2013/06/25]日本着、配達時不在扱いで受け取りできず(不在票はなかった)
[2013/07/17]保管期限切れでdealextremeへ返送
[2013/08/07]配送状況をdealextremeに問い合わせ
[2013/08/08]①dealextremeから$2追加で再送もしくは返金対応すると回答あり
[2013/08/09]再送を依頼
[2013/08/09]②dealextremeから送付先住所の再確認
[2013/08/09]住所確認回答
[2013/08/12]③dealextremeから$2の支払い依頼連絡
[2013/08/13]paypalで支払い手続き完了
[2013/08/15]④発送連絡

dealextremeからの最初の回答はこんな感じ。

We apologize for all the inconvenience that we have brought to you.

We are sorry to inform you that your package has been sent back to us due to you haven't picked it up within the available time.

In this case DX will not be responsible for the returned package postage. For this order, we can arrange a resend or a refund.

If you want a resend, we must charge $2 postage. If you want a refund, we must also deduct the postage $2.

dealextremeの対応は丁寧で迅速だった。おかげで今月中には受け取りできそう。

海外通販のトラッキング(不着問い合わせ)

dealextremeからの荷物がなかなか届かないと思ったら、受取人不在で保管期限が切れたために返送されてしまったことがわかった。不在票は入っていなかった。dealextremeは何度も利用していて住所の入力ミスも無いはずなのに。

郵便局の個別番号検索で検索したところ(国際郵便のトラッキング番号は世界共通)、ステータスが詳しく書かれていたので状況が把握できた。

「国際交換局から発送」、川崎東郵便局(JPKWSH)となって既に送り返されてしまっていたので、dealextremeに問い合わせた。

上記の一番下にあった配達が20日以上遅れているところから問い合わせ。
7.Haven’t received packages after 20 days waiting. - Shipped orders only

My order was shipped on 15 June 2013, but has not arrived yet.
Please look into this matter.

もう少しこまめに配送状況を確認しておくのだった。

海外通販のトラッキング

dealextremeで注文した商品がそろそろ2ヶ月になるのに届かない。これまでは最長でも1ヶ月を過ぎる頃には届いていたのでそろそろ心配になってきた。

dealextremeからの発送時に送られてくるメールにトラッキングナンバーで書かれているので、China Postのトラッキングシステムから配達状況を調べられる。

注文から一週間後の6/18に発送され、さらに一週間後の6/24には日本に到着しているが、現在はStatusがNULLになっている。

LocationのJPKWSHとJP101は日本国内と思われるが検索してもわからなかった。NULLはしばらく待っているとStatusが更新されるらしい。それにしても7/22だから、かなり時間がたっている。

Statusのメッセージの意味は郵便局のホームページに対訳がのっていた。NULLは無いが。
